First patch notes!

Prototype 2


I've been taking dev quite seriously for this so I decided to make patch notes to keep track of the changes I make.

Second prototype! Bugfixes, rebalances and new levels.


Additions


- BOOSTERS! New mechanic added: Boosters, they will increase your speed regardless of where it is going

- Leaderboards! See how good you are at speedrunning

- Ghosts: Race against the ghost of your PB to try and increase it even further beyond. You can also export/import them as json to see how other players got their times

- Create an account to login to not lose your scores on the leadearboard

- 2nd level moved to 3rd and added another level before it

- New 4th level focusing on verticality

- New 5th and 6th level featuring the booster

- Added input saving for jumps and wall jumps

- Added jump corner correction


Changes

- Changed the area after the second door in the new level to feel smoother

- Changed the diagonal vector on the bottom side when throwing objects

- Changed keyboard keys to fit Celeste's system

- Added option to use Restart on end screen


Bug fixes

- Fixed a non-intended "double jump" that happened while doing wall jumps.

- Fixed a bug where when the player crashed into a wall while holding jump, the jump would get cancelled

- Fixed a bug where if you spammed jump, you would sometimes abuse coyote time, being able to basically fly

- Fixed a bug where detection of walls on the top left corner wasn't working properly

- Fixed a bug where continuous dashes would go on the wrong direction

- Fixed a bug where the first jump would be way higher

- Fixed a bug where you could double jump due to a bug with coyote time and wall jumps

- Fixed dash not getting updated when hugging a wall
